Robert Manhart, Chief Excutive Officer and President,- Robert Manhart was named chief executive officer and president of Light Cone Corp., in early 2006. He is determined to keep the company sharply focused on the development of its position as holder of the exclusive North America, Europe and Australia distribution and marketing rights to the SolarExpress PDA II USB Host Card. His goal is to keep the company’s endeavors directed toward the ever-changing demands and needs of the mobile computer connectivity market.

Prior to his position with Light Cone Corp., Manhart founded Technology Solutions Company, a major manufacturer representative firm in Southern California. In his ten- year term as president of TSC, he grew the sales revenue from zero to $100 million.

Manhart’s previous business experience included participating in the Shearson American Express acquisition of Acutest. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he established a new marketing plan which raised Acutest to a level of significance as a supplier of memory and high-speed VLSI (Very Large Scale Integrated) testers.

During his 17-year tenure with TRW, Manhart worked on the development of the TRW electronic marketing group, driving sales to a billion dollars. At the same time, he assisted in establishing a key account management program for the company. He managed two top key accounts bolstering sales to over $250 million.
